BSCU is proud to offer Verified by Visa® , a service that offers you added safety by helping ensure that only you can use your BSCU Visa® Credit Card or Visa® Debit Card on line. You simply create a unique password to confirm your identity. So once you activate Verified by Visa® :

1. Your card will be recognized automatically at participating online stores, and you'll be asked for your password.
   
2. Your password will be verified.
   
3. The transaction will be completed.

Identity Theft Alert

Buffalo Service Credit Union personnel will never call, e-mail, text message or write you asking for personal information we already have. Never respond to any company asking you for personal information or to update information they already have. Many thieves pose as legitimate companies. When in doubt, call the company. This scheme is known as PHISHING – don't get caught.

Lost or Stolen Visa®

Report a lost, found, or stolen Visa® Debit Card immediately to BSCU during regular buisiness hours at 716-842-1320 or after hours at 1-800-554-8969. For your Visa® Credit Card, call 1-800-299-9842.
